GET /api/apps/versions?Identity={identity}

Returns information about app versions, for the ID specified in the required Identity parameter. You can use this operation to get the AppID or AppVersionID if you only have the AppID specified on the App Details Page in the user interface.

Authorization Roles/Permissions: Anyone can use this operation; login is not required. However, note that for any operations that do not require login, information about private resources is not returned unless the user is logged in and is authorized to view information about those resources. Without login, only public information is returned. The results are restricted according to the visibility access of the user performing the operation; results for Private APIs are returned only if the user is logged in and has visibility of those resources.

Request Parameters

Identity Path string Required The runtime identity of an application version. In the platform user interface, the runtime identity is displayed on the App Details page. It could either be the system-generated AppID or AppVersion ID, or it could be an ID specified by the user when adding the app or an app version.

Error Codes/Messages

If the call is unsuccessful an error code/message is returned. One or more examples of possible errors for this operation are shown below.

Item Value
401 Unauthorized. For example, you would get this response if you didn't include the custom X-Csrf-Token_{fedmemberID} header in the request, when it was required by the platform settings; or if you included an invalid or expired value for this header.
500 An error occurred processing the call.
