POST /api/users/resendActivation

Resends an activation code to a user who is signing up for the platform.

Authorization Roles/Permissions: Anyone can use this operation; login is not required. However, note that for any operations that do not require login, information about private resources is not returned unless the user is logged in and is authorized to view information about those resources. Without login, only public information is returned. At the point this operation might be invoked the user hasn't yet signed up.

The example below shows a request for a resend of the activation code to the specified email address. The POST content must be encoded; in the example below it is sent as emailAddress=jane.saoirse%acmepaymentscorp.com.
